Chef Geraldine Sepulveda
Geraldine Sepulveda, born in Santiago, Chile, spent five years in Medical School in Chile. She came to the United States to finish her Medical Degree. It was here, that she decided to follow her true passion for cooking. After a few years of working in the food industry, she started working at Zucca Trattoria, alongside her mentor, internationally renowned Chef Elio Scanu. Chef Scanu passed on to Geri his many years of culinary knowledge and his passion for world-class cuisine.
Because of that, Chef Geraldine is leaving her mark at Zucca Trattoria. As the Executive Chef, Geraldine creates a dynamic menu of delicious, artfully prepared dishes of the freshest ingredients available. Chef Geraldine prepares everything from scratch daily, locally sourcing the ingredients whenever possible. Her dishes truly showcase the flavor, texture and techniques of her mentor, Chef Elio, with her own unique twist.
