Our menu at Zucca Trattoria changes with the seasons, creating a vibrant, beautiful array of dishes. We strive for a sustainable, organic menu. As far as possible, naturally raised or organic meat or poultry is used. Also, during the Northern Utah growing seasons, organic produce is sourced from local farmers.
We also have a short but excellent wine list that showcases the classic Italian wines plus the new generation of Italian wine makers with interesting varietals not known outside of Italy.
