The menu at Zucca changes with the seasons, creating a vibrant, beautiful array of dishes. We strive for a sustainable, organic menu as much as possible. During the Northern Utah growing seasons, organic produce is sourced from local farmers. Zucca’s excellent wine list showcases the classic Italian wines, as well as the new generation of Italian, Latin American & North American winemakers.

BRIAN GOBAR, GENERAL MANAGER
We are very happy to welcome Brian Gobar as the new General Manager for Zucca Trattoria.  He loves working with our customers and employees to ensure you have the best possible fine dining experience in downtown Ogden.
Brian has over 20 years experience working at and managing restaurants such as PF Chang’s, Texas Roadhouse and more.
Brian chose to be a vital part of the Zucca team because he wanted to work for a locally-owned, locally-operated fine dining establishment.  He has fallen in love with the downtown Ogden atmosphere, the history, and the people.  Meet Brian and see his skills in action!

For Starters

Polenta Ripiena al Formagio- Home-made Italian soft polenta, stuffed with goat and fontina cheese. Served with creamy mushroom on top. Finished with Tomato Sauce.

Farm to Table

Costiccine Di Agnello- Whole rack of lamb chops, roasted with Provencal herbs, and mustard. Served with Bavolo wine sauce, with Risotto curry and sautéed green beans, and carrots.

Ocean to Plate

Halibut in Camicin Dizucchini- Alaskan Halibut, marinated with basil, and garlic, and wrapped with grilled zucchini, and baked. Finished with diced fresh tomatoes, pesto, and served with roasted bastone potatoes, and sautéed spinach.

From our Kitchen

Tortellini Aragosta- Lobster and shrimp home-made tortellini, served over saffron sauce, and pine sauce, finished with crispy Pancetta.

Dessert

Risotto Pudding- Home-made Risotto pudding cooked slow with milk, vanilla beans, rum, and orange seed. Finished with Strawberries, and shaved chocolate
